well i learn something in a way, a reminder what i used to learn. To win a princess heart require time and effort. Time that's not require very long yet not so instant, all that effort is to mainly to understand her but not necessarily fix her problem. :)
A man can be very skillful but words of man can immerse her imagination which will bloom her heart.

ok back to my daily diet, today aha.. i had
-4 half boiled egg (white only)
- chicken salad for my lunch
- some longan fruit (not the syrup one)
- when i reach home i ate, (banana, nuts and orange juice)
wow my mind was going wild on food, when i reach my work place, that jam business in the office was like talking to me with his small pitch "hey,, hey.. pick me pick me hey pick me!" hahahah but with darkshadow in my background then comes with a deep dark evil voice saying "NO!, you are getting married soon or you will never get married"
during lunch while i was queing for my salad my stomach say too me with his wicked voice "ehehe hey that mushroom swiss look like nice, wana try?" haha i just ignore because i just wana eat light and then go for friday prayers ^^
at night i saw penut cake, hmmm yum2.. but no no..
i start to feel very loose for my pants, because as i walk, it began to fall of hahahahahah
