day 2

im on MC for today

my intake was,

1- banana
2- oat biscuit
3- grapes
4- apple
5- small chuck of plain chicken breast

i know im not suppose to eat oat biscuit, what i know i shouldn't eat any biscuits because it can contain flour and sugar, too hungery i guess :S

I went to see doctor and take my weight as well... DAMN IT!! its 125kG!!! URGH!! im back to my old self. hmm maybe before this was even worst, now i can take out my pants without any need to unbutton it :P

today i fail on one thing... i still sleep at 12am.. grr.. ok tomorrow gona try again... but my main focus should be the food...
