How to not out of timeline or how to get back when distracted?
Distraction always happen but we need a pillar that will constantly remind ourself. I shall begin with solat. Because we can never miss our solat.. I think ever solat I need to sit a while and review if im on track or not. I guess I need to start planing not to miss solat.

Ok heres the plan:

1- I need to lessen my carb and sugar.
2- I need to fix my schedule, no matter wat I need to sleep at 9pm. No matter what. What ever event that can lead me to sleep later I shall reject
3- I need plan my shopping time
4- I need to plan my exercise time everyday.
5- execute them

Exercise time would be everyday 4-5am
Every wednesday go back by myself so I can go aeon by my groceries.
5am-5.30am I can cook for my breakfast and lunch... heavy breakfast then during lunch will have very light

I also have study plan but that will come later... my focys for now is just exercise.
