compliment

hehe hari nie aku dapat second compliment dari customer aku, seperti yang aku dah kate kan dulu, aku suke sangat kerje nie, pasal hari2 orang puji aku, wakaakakaka itu sebab makin hari makin kembang, wakakakaka, tips dier, cara perbualan tu mesti lah friendly, tak payah lah kau nak angkat customer sangat dgn cara slang english nak berbual tu, bebual macam kawan sudah, relex chill.. aku dapati ramai customer suke cara aku berbual macam tu.

Example kalau customer ader masalah internet, tak blh pakai, dah tu cara dier ckp macam nie "I cant use my internet from this morning ah, why ah? can you please check for me"

aku jawab "I see, please hold on the line sir let take a look at the system about your account details" + "as for what i can see, everything should be working fine, i can also detect your modem and theres nothing wrong, sir can try to do a direct connection see if it work, because we need to narrow down what is the cause of the problem"




kalau customer call ajer terus maki2, ckp macam nie "Eh hellow! how come i cannot use the internet! it keep on intermittent disconnection you know! i had enough of your service"

aku jawab "sir do u use wireless router in the first place, because wireless device always got alot of factor that causing this problem, its not about the service, its about the technology, no matter how expansive your router ah its still useless, i've experience it myself sir, that device allow you to use wireless internet connection but at the same time it also have a flaw on some factor as well, things like range(how far ur router and ur computer), got wall or something block between the router or not, and not just that sir, now days got alot of people using wireless, so the wireless channel also affected, just like walkie-talkie, u know if everyone tune into the same channel right,then other people can also disturb you communication right? ok sir right now we need to narrow down what is the problem, as for now what you can do is to do a direct connection and monitor it within this 3 days, if direct connection having an issue then it could possibly the device, cable,signal or our network issue, dont worry sir, i'll call you back in the next 3 days to sub check with you, if direct connection no problem, then we will try our best assist you on the router setting by best effort, by right we can only support the technical support up till the modem, as for the router wise you need to contact your router vendor because they know better of their own product, not to worry sir, everything i've already noted down in the system, if anything happen in the future, im sure my colleague will look into this history issue as well, you can have my name sir, so in the future you just give us a call and look for me sir if im available.


(kadang2 ader customer biler dah dengan gini ader ajer ah dier nak carik chance nak ambil tahu lebih dari itu, nanti dier tanyer pendapat ini lah, bagus ke tak, nanti dier share story, aku pun share story ah, dari situ lah kite bina kepercayaan pada kita, bukan tu ajer kadang kite nak kene bilang dier yang kite pun faham macam mane customer tu rase, contoh "sir last time also i kena like this, its a known issue ah sir,but then u know ah we cannot expect things to solve by just pressing a button right?nvm sir i understand your problem because i kena before as well, i push this case up as urgent, because if i as a customer i also dont like this to happen to me.." jadi kalau kite berdiri sebagai customer, dier pun mula rase [eh alamak dier pun rase macam mane aku rase uh] so dari situ lah kite create repo)


so it depends on how you manage your customer lah, some very harsh, some very friendly, some very understanding, some very YAYA!

lol talk about yaya, i got one customer... (haha k never mind, inside story, i'll tell personally lah)


some customer very very very disputive, mase case kurang ajar punyer,abih biler kite dah solve, dier paiseh sendiri, LOL

example "Eh why are you cutting my roaming ah?! i call u using skype u know!im at china u know! dont any how cut my line ah!"

then aku ckp "ok miss, i've look into the system theres no problem with the service, can i check with your phone setting? which telco did you connect?"
mase dah kat sini dah nak kene betul2 perah otak uh, ape lagi possibility yang blh buat dier tak blh call, kadang tiba2 idea tu dantang
aku ckp lagi "miss what is your phone model"
dier kate "iphone4"
aku jawab "ok miss can u try go to setting>network>rest>reset network setting?"
dier jawab "ok can use already, thank you hanif, bye"

so hari2 memang nak kene banyak berdoa lah, supaya Allah permudah kan urusan dunia kite, sebab kan everytime angkat talipon, kite tak tau masalah ape yang kite nak kene atasi nie, dah macam menaruh nyawa biler angkat taliphone tu :)

insya Allah, Halal lah rezeki harian ku ini, kerana tujuan aku berkerja kerana Allah taa'lah :)


p/s: setiap masalah tu mesti ader jalan untuk menyelesaikan masalah, jangan lari dari masalah itu, sekiranya kita dapat menyelesaikan masalah itu, insya Allah akan jadi lah suatu ilmu yang amat bermanfaat, supaya jikalau di hadapi di masa hadapan, kita tahu bagaimana untuk mengatasinya. amin..ws
